What a wonderful time the holidays are to remember how blessed we are to have families. TJ had his first Christmas and like always he blessed us with his happy nature!
It really seems like yesterday the 4 of us were as young as our little children. What a reminder of how fast we all grow up.....please don't let my little ones get any older!
We spent Christmas in Heber with my parents, my sisters family, and my two brothers. We had so much fun all being together for the first time in years. Mercedes made sure that Santa had a letter informing him of our location for Christmas! Although the kids weren't to thrilled about going to church before we opened presents, it was nice to begin the celebration of the Lords birth by taking up an entire pew (a first for us) and starting the holiday with the right perspective.
There is something special and almost surreal about experiencing a holiday like Christmas with your siblings and their families. Christmas always seems to bring back childhood memories and now we sit and watch our children, our nieces and nephews creating those same memories for themselves.
